Juni im Klostergut Besselich in Urbar (bei Koblenz) veranstalten. Dort diskutieren die unterschiedlichsten Berufsgruppen, die in Profit- und Non-Profit-Organisationen mit und f\u00fcr Menschen arbeiten, gemeinsam, unter anderem \u00fcber die Fragen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br \/>\n<li>Inwieweit beeinflussen beziehungsweise ver\u00e4ndern solche Megatrends wie Digitalisierung und Globalisierung sowie solche politischen Themen wie Fl\u00fcchtlingsstr\u00f6me und Ressourcenknappheit die Gesellschaft und Arbeitswelt?<\/li><br \/>\n<li>Welche Auswirkungen haben sie auf das systemische Coaching sowie die Supervision und Organisationsentwicklung?<\/li><br \/>\n<li>Welche Anforderungen ergeben sich daraus von Seiten der Klienten, Organisationen und Unternehmen?<\/li><br \/>\n<li>Entstehen in diesem Kontext neue Denk- und Verhaltenstabus, also \u201eNo gos\u201c und ver\u00e4ndern sich hierdurch die \u201eSpielregeln\u201c?<\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eingeladen an dem eint\u00e4gigen Kongress teilzunehmen, sind neben (Personal-)Managern sowie Personal- und Organisationsentwicklern unter anderem Berater, Coaches und Supervisoren, die f\u00fcr Profit- und Non-Projekt-Organisationen arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der eint\u00e4gige Kongress ist als BarCamp, also eine Art Open-Space-Veranstaltung organisiert. Das hei\u00dft, zu Beginn der Veranstaltung erfolgt nach einer kurzen Einstimmung mit den Teilnehmern die Planung der Agenda anhand der Beitragsvorschl\u00e4ge der teilnehmenden Personen. Danach nimmt jeder an den ihn interessierenden Sessions teil, um dort in Kleingruppen das betreffende Thema zu bearbeiten. Deren Arbeitsergebnisse werden zum Schluss nochmals im Plenum zusammengetragen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Teilnahme an dem Kongress \u201eQuo vadis \u2013 Systemisches Coaching, Supervision und Organisationsentwicklung?\u201c am 29.
